Preapproved Trip Form
Vacations and other planned days off need to be pre-approved. A form for this purpose can be found at the link at the top left of this page. You may also contact the school office or your child's teacher for a
"REQUEST FOR EXCUSED ABSENCE FROM SCHOOL FOR
A PREPLANNED EDUCATIONAL TRIP"
- This form needs to be completed and turned in to the school office before the first date of absence.
- No more than 5 days will be excused within a school year. Absences over 5 days will be coded unexcused.
- Must list educational opportunities that will be experienced during the absence.
