Fawn Area PBIS
Three years ago Fawn Area staff attended new Positive Behavioral Interventions Support training. Since that time we have created RAMS expectations, a behavior matrix and have taught our students our expectations.
Our students have responded well to the revamp of the program and love to earn their ping pong balls and subsequently the acknowledgements that go along with earning the ping pong balls.
We will continue to revisit how and what we do to help positively motivate our students to show that they are truely a great RAM!!
